I use this gel with the whitening trays I got from my dentist two years ago. I find it stays in my trays as well as any other gels usually do and I'm already seeing a noticeable brightening of my teeth after using it for only a couple days.

Good gel plus I like that I can get the toothpaste to go along with it to use on a daily basis when I?m not using the gel.
